From September 18th to January 5th, the 15th edition of the Biennale of Contemporary Art, a highly anticipated event in Lyon, will highlight the strength of contemporary art through a brand new organisation.
Entitled “ Là où les eaux se mêlent”, this biennale shows an ever greater and ambitious dimension by investing in addition to the Mac, the Fargot factories of no less than 30,000 square metres that replace the 6,000 square metres used before at La Sucrière. Now an institution that is well-known and highly respected throughout the world, the BIENNALE DE LYON is an opportunity for the public to discover the latest developments in contemporary art, through works by some of the most famous artists in the world.

Raphaele Canot creates pieces that give an everyday appeal to diamonds and precious metals. Through her years designing at De Beers and Cartier, Raphaele’s knowledge of diamonds is exceptional. Raphaelle will host us in her private home surrounded by her contemporary art collection, vintage design pieces of furniture and special objects and art that have influenced her and that she will comment for us.
Jeanne Susplugas the contemporary artist and friend of Raphaelle, will come from Paris to engage a passionate conversation about art and fashion and how they connect. Actively engaged but without being militant, Jeanne Susplugas’ explores different media, from sculptures to drawings, ceramics, and videos..
